About Our Candles
What type of wax do you use in your candles?
We primarily use Millennium Soy Wax, known for its clean burn and excellent scent throw.
Are your candles scented with essential oils?
We do have limited options for essetnial oils, the Citric Ambience fragrance is a pure essential oil blend. Our Cosmic Collection uses a blend of natural and synthetic candle fragrance that is designed for high-quality scents and safe candle burning. Fragrance oils outperform essential oils in candles. They create stronger, longer-lasting, and more consistent aromas compared to essential oils. While essential oils are also popular because of their less processed nature, they do not perform as well in the combustion process. We hope to accommodate both in the future for the widest appeal to customers.
Do you offer different sizes of candles?
Yes, we offer various sizes, including Glass Jar 4oz, 8oz, or 16oz candles. Please check our product listings for current availability.
Can I request custom scents or designs?
Currently, we do not offer custom scent or design services. However, we are always exploring new ways to help you!
Candle Care & Safety
How long should I burn my candle for the first time?
For the first burn, allow the candle to burn until the entire surface of the wax has melted from edge to edge. This creates a "melt pool" across the entire diameter of the container, which is crucial for preventing tunneling and ensuring an even burn. This can take several hours, depending on the candle size.
How often should I trim the wick?
You should always trim your wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before each and every light. A shorter wick helps create a cleaner flame and prevents excessive soot.
Why is trimming the wick important?
Trimming the wick prevents excessive soot, mushrooming, and uneven burning. It also helps your candle burn more cleanly and extends its lifespan.
What is "tunneling" and how do I prevent it?
Tunneling occurs when only the center of the candle burns down, leaving a ring of unmelted wax around the edges. You can prevent it by ensuring a full melt pool (wax melted to the edges of the container) on the first burn and subsequent burns.
How long should I burn my candle in one sitting?
Do not burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Burning for too long can cause the wick to become unstable, leading to a larger flame and potential safety hazards.
What should I do if my candle flame gets too large?
If your flame ever gets too large, extinguish the candle safely, let it cool completely, trim the wick to 1/4 inch, and then you can relight it.
What are the important safety precautions when burning a candle?
Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable (curtains, paper, etc.), and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Avoid burning in drafty areas.
When should I stop burning my candle?
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) of wax remains at the bottom of the container. Burning past this point can cause the container to overheat and potentially crack.
How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or strong artificial light, to prevent discolouration and fading of scent.

What happens if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the full procedure.
How long does it take to process an order?

We ship all our orders via Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. For other international inquiries, please contact us directly.
