1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is verified.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • We proudly ship all our orders via Canada Post.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
  • For international inquiries outside of Canada and the United States, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss potential options.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

  • Within British Columbia: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 4-9 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, peak seasons, customs delays (for US orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cosmic Candles has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • Cosmic Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged during Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy (link in footer) for instructions. It is crucial to document the damage with photographs of the product and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us at [email protected].
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
    1. Check around your property and with neighbours.
    2. Contact your local Canada Post office.
    3. If you still cannot locate your package after 5 business days from the "delivered" scan, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assist you in opening an investigation with Canada Post, though we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
