🔥 Safety First
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone:

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Parents/guardians may contact us to request an exception to this policy. Parental consent is required for any person under 16 to participate alone.
- Nitrile gloves will be provided.

Please avoid wearing white or delicate clothing, as spills and splashes may occur during the process.

We use a communal wax-melting pot to prepare the soy wax. The melted wax is then distributed into individual pouring pitchers — please be aware that the outside of these pitchers gets hot, and the wax inside must be handled with caution.

Stirring should be done slowly and carefully — splashing hot wax is a real risk if mixed too vigorously.
🕯 What You'll Be Working With

We use natural soy wax, which burns cleanly and is gentle on the environment.

Fragrance is added using a curated blend of essential oils and high-quality synthetic fragrance oils, giving you a rich palette of scents to personalize your candle.

You’ll choose between wooden wicks or cotton paper filament wicks — both are lead- and zinc-free for a clean, safe burn.

This is where your candle truly becomes cosmic. We offer a beautiful selection of decorative elements to personalize your candle’s surface:

Crystals: Green Jasper, Blue Apatite, Rose Quartz, and Tiger’s Eye, Amethyst, Citrine, Fluorite, Red Agate, Opalite, and more.

Botanicals: A variety of dried flowers and herbs

Ocean treasures: Small sea shells to add a coastal or mystical touch
Each creation is uniquely yours, guided by your senses and style.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored up to 48hrs prior to an event. Cancelling within 48hrs of an event may result in a partial refund. We reserve the right to claim up to 50% of the initial ticket price in the event of a late cancellation. This is to protect our interests. It is unlikely we will be able to fill workshop seats within 48hrs in the event of a cancellation.
